Well folks! I've turned a new leaf. I am now an omnivore and a body builder.
Today I started the first week of a Mesocycle(a period of training bookended by a starting point and a deloadfaze). I train 7 days a week and try too eat a lot more to get bigger. The individual sessions are not that extensive but, hopefully, intense.

Ok, today I started with Back and some other stuff.
Bent over row:(WS) 3x10reps @ 50kg
BW PU's: 3x5reps
Standing Calf Raises: 3x15reps @ 24kg
Hammer Curls: 3x10reps @ 2x12,5kg
Leg raises: 3x5reps
Easing in to things!
